Good Morning, Haldimand County!
Here's What's Happening in Haldimand County This Week
Summer is in full swing, and if you're looking for something to do this week, Haldimand County isn't making it easy to stay home.
Whether you're in the mood to browse a farmers' market, test your trivia skills, catch some live music, wander among classic cars, or finally prove you're the euchre partner your friends deserve, there's something happening somewhere in the county almost every day. If fresh air is more your speed, you can stretch through yoga in a lavender field, try lawn bowling, admire vintage vehicles, or simply spend an evening exploring one of our communities.
Families will find plenty to enjoy too, with free community meals, grocery and produce giveaways, markets full of local food, and activities that won't empty your wallet. There are also opportunities to learn something new, from candle making and macramé to aromatherapy bracelets, proving that your next hobby might be just around the corner.
One thing that stands out every week is how much of what happens here is powered by volunteers. Service clubs, legions, charities, and community organizations continue to organize events, raise money, feed neighbours, and create places where people can gather. They deserve a lot of credit for making Haldimand such an active place to live.
As always, we've rounded up the best events happening across Haldimand County to help you plan the days ahead. Whether you're looking for a relaxing evening, a family outing, or just an excuse to get out of the house, you'll find plenty of ideas below. Have a fantastic week, and if you head out to any of these events, tell them Haldimand County Pulse sent you!
