Good morning, Haldimand County!

Here's What's Happening in Haldimand County This Weekend

After a very full Canada Day week, this weekend feels like the calendar finally handed us a cold drink and said, “Maybe sit down for a minute.” Things are a little lighter around Haldimand County, which honestly might be exactly what we need after the fireworks, flags, food, and festive chaos.

That said, lighter does not mean boring. There’s still plenty happening if you’re ready to leave the couch and rejoin society. You can catch live music, browse yard sales, hit the farmers’ market, check out the Nitro Nationals, enjoy afternoon tea at Ruthven Park, or take the family to the RCAF Museum open house.

There are also a few slower-paced options for anyone whose social battery is currently blinking red. Think garden strolls, book sales, food pantry donations, and license-free fishing.

So, whether you’re looking for noise, bargains, music, snacks, or just a reason to put on real pants, here’s what’s happening around Haldimand County this weekend.
