Tim Hortons Camp Day is on Wednesday at all Haldimand County locations. On that day, 100% of proceeds from every hot and iced coffee sold will support Tim Hortons Foundation Camps, helping underserved youth attend life-changing camp programs. West Haldimand General Hospital Foundation is looking for new board members from Caledonia, Hagersville, Six Nations, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and nearby communities to help support local healthcare through leadership and service.

Caledonia

River Sips docks on July 15 at Grand River Cruises. Sip craft beer, snack on hors d’oeuvres, and hear brewing tales with Paris Beer Co. Boarding at 6. Must be 19+.

The Caledonia Farmers’ Market is open Thursday from 2 to 7. Stock up on local goods, chat with vendors, and pretend you came for just one thing.

Karaoke hits Hammer Hogs this Friday. Grab the mic or grab a drink while someone else belts out ‘90s hits with full confidence and questionable pitch.

On July 16 from 6 to 8 at the Caledonia Library,the Silent Book Club invites you to read quietly in good company, no discussion required. Just bring a book and relax.

Cayuga Summer Festival

Don’t miss the action in Cayuga on Saturday, July 19. Kick things off with breakfast at the firehall, then explore the huge town-wide yard sale, shop over 50 vendors, and grab a bite from local food vendors. The kids will love the giant obstacle courses, 25-foot rock wall, and hot air balloon rides (weather permitting). Top it off by signing them up for Sunday’s fishing derby. It’s free, it’s fun, and it’s the perfect summer Saturday.

Cayuga

Cayuga Tim Hortons is going big for Camp Day with a bouncy castle, a firefighter BBQ, vendors, and prizes. Coffee saves the day, but bouncy castles make it better.

Cancel your weekend plans because the Cayuga Summer Festival kicks off Saturday morning. Music, food, vendors, and good times take over town in true summer style.

Bike Night rolls into the Cayuga Legion tonight from 6 to 9. Show off your ride, grab a drink, and swap stories with fellow chrome enthusiasts.

Ruthven Park is offering mansion tours on Wednesday and Thursday from 11 to 4. Step inside, soak up some history, and try not to touch the antiques.

Toronto Motorsports Park has open car lapping on Wednesday at 5. Bring your car, hit the track, and channel your inner speed demon with zero risk of speeding tickets.

Dunnville Community Theatre is holding auditions for Murder’s in the Heir on July 15, 17, and 19 from 7 to 9 at the Optimist Club. They’re casting eight men and nine women for a November production.

Wednesday, July 16, Purely Hookers hosts a knit and crochet social at Creative Barracks from 6 to 8. Volunteers are on hand to help, untangle, and admire your yarn-related wizardry.
