Good Morning, Haldimand County!
Here's What's Happening in Haldimand County This Weekend
This edition has a little bit of everything. Live music? Plenty of it. Comedy shows? Yep. Markets, karaoke, trivia, drag racing, bingo, candle making, pickleball, family activities, line dancing, and even a western-themed high tea somehow made the list this week. Haldimand County continues to prove that you really can go from a perch dinner to a no-prep drag race in the same weekend if you plan things correctly.
One thing that always stands out while putting these newsletters together is just how many local organizations and businesses are constantly working to bring people together. Churches are fundraising, community groups are organizing activities, local venues are booking entertainment, volunteers are running events, and businesses keep finding creative ways to give people a reason to stop by and stick around awhile. That stuff matters more than people sometimes realize.
A reminder too that if you’ve got an upcoming event, fundraiser, concert, market, or community gathering, send it our way. There’s always room for more in the Pulse.
As always, thanks for reading, supporting local, and continuing to make Haldimand County the kind of place where there’s always something happening if you’re willing to leave the house for a couple of hours.
