• Heads up! The Legion’s Poker Run set for April 12 has been called off, so you’ll have to save your poker face for another time.

• On a brighter note, internet voting for the Wards 1 & 4 by-election kicks off Monday, March 31. Prefer to cast your vote in person? Head over to the Hagersville Arena on Tuesday, April 1, for advance voting.

Everywhere

• Get ready to add some crafty fun to your week. Your local library is hosting Crafternoons for adults, and here's the lineup: Tuesday in Caledonia, Wednesday in Hagersville, Thursday in Dunnville, and Friday in Cayuga. All this creative goodness for just $2.

Caledonia

• Wednesday night, mark your calendar because it’s the Caledonia Chamber of Commerce Business Awards! Fancy stuff, folks.

• Okay, we’ll bite. Who’s tried out the new puppy gym in Caledonia? Are two-legged exercisers allowed? Asking for a friend.

• Saturday’s a great time to clean out your recyclables because there’s a bottle drive for Inclusions. Drop off your cans and bottles at 27 MacColl Place and do some good for the community.

• Don’t miss the Hopping Through the Forest Easter vendor market on Sunday at the Caledonia Fairgrounds.

• Looking for an evening out? The Haldimand Horticultural Society has you covered! Mark your calendar for their General Meeting on March 27th at 7 PM at St. Paul’s Anglican Church on Orkney Street East in Caledonia. Admission? Totally free! Cindy Mueller from Fisherville Greenhouses and The Canadian Ginger Company will be spilling all kinds of plant secrets you won’t want to miss.

• If you’re into live music, Ye Olde Squire is the place to be Wednesday night. Bring your friends and soak up some tunes—it’s always a good time.

• And for families looking to hang out tonight, Grace United Church has you sorted! Think crafts, games, pizza, and a hot chocolate bar (yes, you read that right). It’s open to all ages, and you can chip in whatever works for you.

• Meanwhile, the Cypres 55+ Program is keeping things active this week with Cardio Fit, Yoga, Bingo, Tai Chi, Book Club, Line Dancing, and more. They’ve got something for everyone—so grab a buddy and jump in!

• The Carolinian Cafe is now open on Saturdays.

• Feeling creative this weekend? Cravings by Brittany is hosting cake decorating classes on Saturday and Sunday. Whether you’re 18 or over or bringing a 12+ buddy along, get ready to whip up something sweet and Instagram-worthy.
