Spring has officially shown up, and it didn’t ease in quietly. One minute you’re debating winter boots, the next you’re checking if last year’s patio furniture survived. Around here, that shift means one thing. People are ready to get out again.
This week’s lineup leans right into that energy. Markets are back, events are picking up, and there’s a noticeable increase in things that require you to leave the house on purpose. Garden shows, craft markets, live music, fundraisers, and just enough chaos to make planning your weekend slightly ambitious.
There’s also a bit of everything, depending on your mood. You can keep it low-key with a market stroll or a card game, go full social with live music and events, or finally follow through on that “we should do more things” conversation. No pressure, but the options are there.

The Living Life Expo runs Saturday from 10 to 2 at the Lions Hall, bringing together local vendors, services, and ideas focused on health, wellness, and everyday living.
The Haldimand Seed & Garden Show takes over the fairgrounds Saturday from 9:30 to 3:30, with everything from plants and tools to advice that might finally save your garden this year.

Ladies Night Out for Hospice kicks off tonight at 6 at MontHill, with an evening built around supporting a great cause while getting out for a night that actually feels like one.
