ACROSS HALDIMAND COUNTY
Need funding advice without the headache? Caledonia Chamber has a free Lunch and Learn on Wednesday with Deb Rollo on getting prepared for funding applications. Bring questions, leave smarter.
Haldimand County hosts a Community Open House on Wednesday, Jan 28, from 4-6 in the Administration Building lobby. Review proposed trail routes and share your input before decisions get made.
Caledonia
The St. Paul’s Prayer Shawl Group meets on Thursday, 10-12, in the parish hall. Knit, chat, and help make shawls that feel like a warm hug from the community.
The Caledonia Arena is basically your winter social club. Today has adult skate, open figure skate, and kids stick & puck. Wednesday adds adult shinny and public skate. Thursday brings adult skate, public skate, and family stick & puck.
Caledonia Legion darts hit on Thursday at 7. Come throw sharp objects at a wall in a totally acceptable way. Friendly competition included.
Haldimand Biz Hive meets on Wednesday at 9 at Revival Coffee Shop. Networking, caffeine, and the comforting realization that everyone else is also making it up as they go.
Euchre at the Caledonia Legion runs on Thursday at 2 and 7. Pick your time, shuffle up, and practice your innocent face when you definitely meant to take that trick.
Cypress 55+ is stacked. Today has cardio fit, yoga, bingo, and a memory group. Wednesday brings tai chi and crafts. Thursday offers dance fit, yoga, cooking 103, and book club. Busy, but in the fun way.

Darts hit the Cayuga Legion on Wednesday at 7:30. Come test your aim, your patience, and your ability to laugh when the dart lands nowhere near where you meant.
Euchre is on Tuesday at 7:30 at the Cayuga Legion. Bring a partner, bring your poker face, and prepare to declare “I’m going alone” like you’re starring in a drama.
The Cayuga Arena is packed. Today has beginner skate, public skate, and adult skate. Wednesday stacks adult shinny, kids stick & puck, open figure, and public skate. Thursday brings adult skate and family stick & puck.

Business After 5 hits Wednesday from 5-7 at 141 Queen St, hosted by the Dunnville Chamber. Network, snack, and pretend you’re not just there to meet people and escape your inbox.
Get your hands messy in the best way at a fused glass workshop on Thursday from 7-9 at Creative Barracks. You design it, the kiln does the magic, and you go home with art.
The Dunnville Arena is loaded. Today has adult shinny and public skate. Wednesday adds beginner skate and adult skate with shinny. Thursday stacks adult shinny, family stick & puck, and public skate. Ice time for everyone.
The Dunnville Library Knitting Club meets on Thursday from 1-4. Bring your project, your gossip, or both. Nobody’s judging your tangled yarn situation.
Dunnville Minor Fastball registration is now open. Sign up before spots disappear, and you’re stuck hearing “we should’ve registered” all season.
The Young Knitters and Crochet Group starts on Wednesday from 3:30-5 at the Dunnville Youth Impact Centre. Learn, stitch, and make something cooler than another screen break.
Seniors bingo at the Dunnville Legion was rescheduled for today from 1-3. Grab a dabber and a seat, because “one more game” is never just one.
Euchre hits the Dunnville Legion on Wednesday at 6:30. Shuffle up, get competitive, and act surprised when someone makes it personal.
Over 60 Euchre Club meets on Thursday from 1:15-3:30 at the Dunnville Optimist Club. Good cards, good laughs, and the kind of midweek plan that actually feels fun.
Fisherville / Nanticoke/ Selkirk / South Cayuga
Cards are on the table Thursday at 1:30 for the Seniors Hoss Party at the Fisherville Lions Club. Friendly games, good laughs, and a solid reason to get out.
Good news for skaters. The Fisherville Lions outdoor rink is officially open. Lace up, bring a helmet if you’re smart, and enjoy it while winter cooperates.
Spaghetti night is happening Jan 29 from 5-6:45 at the Selkirk Centennial Community Hall. Come hungry, leave full, and pretend you didn’t go back for seconds.
